An Arizona mother is outraged after her 5-year-old son was accused of sexual misconduct for pulling his pants down on the playground. Erica Martinez says her little boy, ____, was playing at Ashton Ranch Elementary School in April when another student told him to pull his pants down or else he would do it for him.
Her son complied, pulling down his pants and underwear in front of several other students, but then he was hauled into the principal’s office by his teacher, she says. Full Article
What is this? So pathetic, what a way for educators to react to normal behavior by a child?
Is anyone actually still surprised at this? I am not. Now mothers are in fear of the “label”. Well, that is what is happening every day. Adults are branded with this label every day, and now children are targeted, too. Will this maybe open people’s eyes to just how far this sex offender hysteria has come? Is it time to stop this now maybe? The silliness is getting worse. What else does it take to make people realize that all this mass hysteria and labeling has gone too far. It needs to stop. Any day now is not soon enough. Maybe this mother is not so scared of SOs anymore now, knowing how easily you can be judged as a sex monster.
This is beyond mentally insulting; and even more so because they forced/coerced that baby to sign what was essentially an admission of “sexual” guilt. The fruitcakes at the school should be arrested and made to register as “sex offenders.” This has gone waaay too far and this entire “sex offender” fraud needs to be put to rest once and for all.

The insanity has only begun. The combination of genes that tend to favor “antisocial” sexual behavior will soon be tagged in the Human genome. Then future shoppers (now called parents) will be able to choose which characteristics they want in a child. It won’t matter how scientifically accurate it is as long as it can be marketed. You can be assurred they will do everything in their power to not bring another sex offender into your world. Any regects not filtered out will end up on the registry. Oh, and what the heck, let’s just make it the government’s or some large corporation’s (same thing ala citizens united) responsibility to clone us the perfect child and have them see to our baby’s conditioning, then we can spend more of our time on Facebook and shopping. Not sure why my comment for that article was never displayed? I thought there was freedom of speech? Just because someone does not like a comment, does not mean they can just ignore it.
Heart breaking. My eyes actually welled up as I watched this story and imagined one of my own little ones – 2 and 6 – being treated so horribly. I hope this mom has retained some good representation and, once done, the administrators involved fired and never allowed near children again. There should be punitive and compensatory damages awarded and a trust set up for this kid’s college education.
I wonder if anyone bothered to ask what is going on in the home of the little one who convinced the boy to drop his pants? Talk about blaming the victim…
